When I tell you I couldn’t put this proof down I mean it kept me up until the sun had risen. And yes I did skip to the end half way through to see what happens. I didn’t expect to love this as much as I did, it really made me question what I would do in this scenario and felt very real. Tightly plotted with twists to keep you guessing, @gillianmauthor has such a readable narrative voice, upending the Groundhog Day concept to great affect. The applause and momentum this title is rapidly gaining is with good reason, as much as the focus is on a clever arc she doesn’t lose sight of the people at the heart of her story.
